Dr. Grodski has been providing Low Dose Allergen (LDA) Therapy for his patients suffering from both seasonal (hayfever) allergies, more complex environmental allergies (trees, grasses, pollens, mold, dust, animal dander, etc), as well as both food and chemical allergies since 2013. LDA desensitization requires clinic visits once every 7 weeks as compared to traditional allergy desensitization which typically requires allergy shots administered weekly. Not only that but its better tolerated, less expensive (& more cost effective), safer, and provides a form of desensitization not just for environmental allergies but also food and chemical allergies. And as though that weren’t enough, traditional skin scratch testing is not essential to begin treatment.
