Pulsed Radiofrequency (PRF) & Neuromodulator Therapy for Premature Ejaculation (PE)

Recent clinical trials have proven the safety & efficacy of using Pulsed Radiofrequency Therapy & the use of Neuromodulators (e.g. Botox, Xeomin, Dysport) for the treatment of premature ejaculation.

Pulsed Radiofrequency Therapy involves a painless 20min treatment in which a pad is placed against one’s lower back/sacrum and a probe is used to the dorsal nerve of the penis (at the top base of the shaft). A pulsed radio frequency is directed between these two contacts to modulate the sensitivity of the over-active nerve (in the case of PE). Studies have found a 2-3x extension of the IELT (Intravaginal Ejaculation Latency Time).

Neuromodulator Therapy involves the safe and painless injection of a neuromodulator into the bulbospongiosus muscle located in the perineum area (between the scrotum & anus).
